At THERMOCLOUD, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website thermocloud.shop.
You may return most new, unused products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@thermocloud.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product. Returned products without a valid return authorization number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label to cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including return shipping costs.
