All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers located within the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping is available to all 50 states of the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for customers who wish to receive their orders sooner, with delivery times ranging from 2-3 business days.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or public health emergencies. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the package has been shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the delivery address, and the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is canceled before shipment or we are responsible for the error.
